We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files using Google Workspace tools.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Entering project information into CRM
- Billing
- Processing warranties
- Ordering supplies and keeping the office tidy
- Other office duties/support as needed
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support other administrative functions as required to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably as a receptionist or in an office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity in data entry processes.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading and document management.

We are 5 Star Roofing & Restoration, LLC - We are the top rated roofing company based in Greensboro, NC and covering the entire state! We also do business in TN, Virginia, and SC.
We are growing again and are in need of a Site Supervisor to be at our residential roof installations to supervise the roofing crews to make sure they are performing the work according to our manufacturers guidelines and our standards. Details are important and you are there to make sure we get all the details right.
You will be at the job site when construction begins and greet the homeowner and walk them through what to expect that day. You will supervise until the job is complete. You should be a problem solver and not afraid to direct others. Sometimes the work and the days will be long but you are dedicated and want it to be right for the customer. You want to be on top of it and make sure that everything you promised that morning is delivered before you leave the job.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pull trailers and maneuver well.
- Must be able to speak Spanish. (Some Spanish is crucial)
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Superb Customer Service - you must have great communication skills as you will be speaking with our clients at their home on the job site as well as communicate with our sales team and project manager.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines
- MUST be able to climb all roofs regardless of pitch and height to perform final roof inspection after our crews complete roof installation.
- Must be able to work on computer, iPad and smartphone as we use technology and websites to perform our day to day work activities.
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and lead roof crews on site
- Enforce safety protocols
- Resolve customer complaints at job site and complete punch list items
- Operate the equiptor when necessary
- Assist in protecting homeowners property and reducing the probability of damage
- Make sure signs, banners, and catch all system are displayed during construction
- Assist the repair department and follow up on leaks from previous installs as needed
- Pick up leftover materials and return as needed
