Ice & Water - Valley's
Ice & Water - Penetrations (Chimney's, Plumbing Pipes, Box Vents, Skylights)
Ice & Water - Eaves (VIRGINIA ONLY)
Drip Edge - In both NC and VA you MUST install drip edge on the eaves. It is highly recommended (but not required) on the rakes.
Ice & Water - In both NC and VA you MUST use GAF Leak Barrier in valleys and around dormers, side walls, firewalls, chimneys, plumbing vents, and skylights.
Ice & Water - In addition, in VA you MUST use GAF Leak Barrier at all eaves to at least 24" inside of the warm wall. GAF Leak Barrier is highly recommended (but not required) at all roof rakes and other vulnerable leak areas.

We are currently buying our metal products through Best Buy Metals out of Mooresville, NC. Best Buy Metals is based out of Chatanooga, TN and has offices in TN, SC, GA and NC. If at all possible, you do not want to send your customer to the main office or to contact Best Buy Metals directly because they do sell direct to consumer.
